Noura ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.
We don't sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run Noura, each of whom only receives what they need to do their job:
You can update or delete most of your profile information directly in the app (Profile → Edit). To request a full export or deletion of your account data, email us at nouraofficial.app@gmail.com and we'll act on it within a reasonable time.
Noura isn't intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
By using Noura, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Noura is a food discovery platform — it helps you find restaurants, vendors, and recipes, and helps food businesses build an online presence. Noura does not currently handle food delivery, in-app ordering, or payments. Any transaction (ordering, payment, delivery) happens directly between you and the vendor, outside of Noura.
Don't use Noura to: post fake reviews, harass other users or vendors, upload content you don't have rights to, impersonate a business you don't own, or attempt to abuse or overload the platform (including automated/bot access).
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their own menu, pricing, hours, and contact information. Noura does not verify every claim made by a vendor and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of food or services provided by listed businesses.
Noura AI's recipe suggestions, nutrition notes, and recommendations are generated by an AI model and are informational only — they are not medical, dietary, or professional advice. Always check ingredients against your own allergies and consult a professional for medical or nutrition guidance.
Noura is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on vendor or AI-generated information.
We may update these terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use of Noura after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Noura exists to help people find great local food, and to help the businesses behind that food grow — without needing to hire a web developer or pay for advertising they can't afford. A local food seller with no website should be able to sign up and, in minutes, have a professional page, a real menu, and a way for people to find and reach them.
